My Story

I learned this through my own journey, 28 years in the military rising to Master Sergeant, leading people across cultures, ranks, and conflicts, then nearly 15 years in federal and private sector leadership. I watched which leaders inspired loyalty and which bred compliance or resentment. But I didn't stop at observation. I invested in building my knowledge, studying leadership and behavioral frameworks, and now I take that information to help leaders make better decisions in developing and mobilizing their people.
