My Story

I learned this through my own journey, 28 years in the military rising to Master Sergeant, then nearly 15 years in federal and private business watching which leaders inspired excellence and which bred resentment. But I didn't stop at observation. I invested in building my knowledge, studying leadership and behavioral frameworks, and now I take that information to help business owners make better decisions in developing and retaining their people.
